AE Migration: end-user license agreement
AE Migration ("the app") is software of TX Cleopatra Records ("we"). These terms apply to anyone who uses it.
Who may use it
The app is licensed only to TX Cleopatra Records, its employees and its outside accountants, for connecting to the company's own QuickBooks Online company. No one else may use it, copy it or connect it to any other QuickBooks Online company.
What it does
The app loads accounting records into QuickBooks Online and reads them back to check the result. It can create, change and delete records in the connected company. Only an administrator of our QuickBooks Online company can connect it.
Data
Our privacy policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.
Connecting and disconnecting
- To connect: an administrator signs in with Intuit and approves access.
- To disconnect: in QuickBooks Online, select Integrations (top right), then Manage integrations. Open the ⋮ menu beside AE Migration and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting ends the app's access at once.

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from its use.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
